We have been working with Cotswold Housekeepers for about a year. We first engaged them to do a clean up after major building works. They were enormously careful and carried out detailed cleaning. They even hoovered the stone walls of our Barn, to remove the builders dust. At the end, they left the house in a wonderful condition.
Later we engaged them to do our regular cleaning. We were anxious at first about using an agency as we had previously employed a dedicated housekeeper, but have found them far more effective and reliable than we could ever have anticipated.
Tom Hesling is closely involved and takes a great pride in the work. His team are well trained, always friendly and careful with our possessions. They go to considerable lengths to leave the house beautifully clean. They bring their own equipment and materials but are quick to use any special materials that I request. They know how to carry out many cleaning tasks in a very effective manner. They work quickly and far more efficiently than most housekeepers.
Tom is very helpful and we know that he will always try to help us in any way he can, for example by doing extra cleaning when we have special guests.
We have come to trust Tom and his team enormously and would not hesitate to recommend them.

For the past 2 years we have used Cotswold & during that time there has been many months of work done to the house. We have found the cleaners to be resilient during this time, flexible to the varying needs of working around difficult conditions & able to do a thorough clean at the last minute.
Working with a small firm like Cotswold has disadvantage when days need to be changed at short notice (cleaners ill, route needs to be changed etc) but Tom tries extremely hard to minimise this & with this small firm you get to know your regular cleaners & them your ways.
Tom ensures that all staff know the foibles of your home & yourselves – there is no need to worry that a specific request will not be carried out efficiently.

We are a busy family with three active young boys and two busy working parents, and have been using the Cotswold Housekeepers for a number of months. I can not fault the service of Tom and his team of ‘ladies’. Their work is always client centred and their calm response to any request is always ‘no problem!’.Our house is often busy and a little chaotic, with situations changing all the time. The Cotswold Housekeepers have always accommodated our last minute requests and really do fit everything in around us. The highlight of their service for me is the real housekeeping nature of the team, not just cleaning! With three young boys washing is always on the go and at times it is a challenge to stay on top of it in the midst of work and family commitments. The ladies organise my laundry, without a list of requirements from me, they use theirr initiatives and change beds, put on washes and sort and iron clothes. All of this takes place with no fuss or concern at the mess! The team are always punctual, reliable and security is well organised.
